Key Initiatives Include:
- Lobby upgrade and new shared spaces: The ground floor lobby will undergo an aesthetic refresh and modernisation to incorporate more usable seating and shared spaces.
- Creation of a third space: Adjoining the green space at the rear of Level 1, a new communal space will provide a flexible ‘third place’ for tenants. The space will facilitate hot‑desking, breakout rooms, dedicated wellness space and a town‑hall presentation area for up to 60 people. The adjoining external courtyard will be revitalised with new paving and can be activated for tenant events.
- Lift upgrades: A major lift overhaul of the eight passenger lifts servicing the building. Lift cars will be refreshed with new interiors, lifting equipment and modernisation to a destination-controlled system (DCS).
